Leads report is the main report to measure funnel.

General concept

Leads report is based on Touches - it takes all the touches for specified period, and tells what happened from them. Period filter is applied only to touches - appointments and payments can be done after that period, and will still appear in report.

Fields

Fields are used in filtering, and in Hierarchy setup.

First source - Source parameter from Call tracking, that was in the first ever touch of a specific patient

First medium - Medium parameter from Call tracking, that was in the first ever touch of a specific patient

First UTM campaign - UTM campaign parameter from Call tracking, that was in the first ever touch of a specific patient

First UTM source - UTM source from Call tracking, that was in the first ever touch of a specific patient

First city - City parameter from Call tracking, that was in the first ever touch of a specific patient

UTM campaign - UTM campaign parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

UTM source - UTM source parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

Source - Source parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

Medium - Medium parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

City - City parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

Keyword - Keyword parameter from Call tracking for a specific touch

Patient source - Patient source, selected by operator while closing the touch

Employee - Doctor/specialist, for whom the appointment was created. If the touch didn't result in appointment, the field will be blank

Responsible - user, who created the touch

CFR - CFR from the services, selected in touch. If there where multiple services, one touch will appear in multiple rows in CFR group.

Touch result - touch result, selected by user in touch

Touch type - touch type, selected by user in touch, or chosen automatically

Complaints - Complaints, selected in touch

Services - services, selected in touch. If there where multiple services in one touch, it will appear in multiple rows in Services group.

Report columns

Columns of report can't be changed. Columns contain this information:

Name - contents of the selected field in Hierarchy

Touches - number of touches

Unique patients - number of unique patients in those touches

Appointments - number of appointments, created from those touches

Unique patients in appointments - number of unique patients in appointments, created from those touches

Conversion rate - Number of appointments/Number of touches

Conversion rate of unique patients - number of unique patients in appointments/number of unique patients in those touches

Sum in touches - total price of all services selected in touches, no matter if the appointment was

Sum in appointments - total price of all services selected in appointments, created from those touches

Number of not canceled appointments - number of appointments, that are not cancelled at the moment

Showed - number of appointments in statuses "Checked-in" or "Completed"

Income from appointments - actual income, paid for the appointments from those touches

LTV - life time value, sum of everything patients from those touches paid ever
