Access

Widgets are turned on and off for each user in Access rights.

Widgets access does not depend on Analytics checkbox in general access rights.

Each user can enable or disable the widgets he has access to, and to choose how to group them - full width or 50%.

Columns

Each widget has 8 column:

Today - shows the data from 00:00 till 23:59

Median for the last 4 weeks (same day) - shows median (average) values for last 4 same days of the week (for example, last 4 Fridays)

This month - shows data from 01 00:00 of this month till this moment

Last month (the same date) - shows the sum for last month up to the same date (for example, 23d)

Last month (total) - shows total of last month

Forecast (opened hours) - shows forecast, calculated as ((Sum till this moment)/(Sum of opened hours in schedule till today))*(Total sum of opened hours in schedule this month)

Per WD current month - average per working day till the end of the day yesterday

Per WD previous month - average per working day last month

Income

Income - sum of income transactions (e.g. money paid)

Future appointments value - sum of all appointments in the future (limited to column period), not Completed

Average per patient - total income divided by number of patients

Call center

Total calls - sum of Incoming and Outgoing calls, both answered and not. Internal not included

Incoming calls - total number of calls with Incoming type

Missed calls - total calls marked as Not answered

Not returned missed calls - total number of remaining missed calls, that were not marked as Returned in Missed calls tab

Duration - average call duration for all calls in seconds

Wait time - average wait time (before start of a call to answer) for incoming calls

Clinic

Appointments - number of appointments (not patients) that are not cancelled

First time patients - number of unique patients, that came or about to come in clinic for the first time in not cancelled appointments

Total patients - number of unique patients in not cancelled appointments

Total doctors - number of specialists that have a schedule in the period

Doctor's load % - (Occupied time with appointments)/(total schedule opened)

Cancelled appointments - number of appointments, cancelled for (not in) the period

Target leads

Total touches - total amount of touches saved

Not processed requests - number of request, that came in the period, without single touch

Not closed requests - number of requests, that came in the period, not marked as Done

Not answered dialogs - number of not read on new dialogs

Target leads - number of unique patients in touches, saved with Touch result that has Target lead flag

Conversion rate % - (Unique patients with appointment for any date, not cancelled, made from target touches)/(unique patients in target touches)

First time patients - same, but only for patients, that had been to clinic previously

Returning patients - same, but first time patients

Appointments made - number of not cancelled appointments made from target touches

Total price of appointments made - sum of services in abovementioned appointments
