General information

This report provides the statistics about cancelled appointments (status "cancelled").

You can select the desired hierarchy:

Fields

Name - contents of selected group

Canceled - number of cancelled appointments

Canceled for, (hours) - how many hours before the time of appointment it was cancelled. Minus means it was cancelled after the time of appointment.

Rescheduled to same doctor - how many patients have not cancelled appointments to the same doctor after the initial cancelled appointment

Rescheduled to different doctor - how many patients have not cancelled appointments to the different doctor after the initial cancelled appointment

Not rescheduled - how many patients have no appointments for this CFR to any doctor after the initial cancelled appointment

Any appointment in future - how many patients have any not cancelled appointments to any after the initial cancelled appointment
