Returnability report

General information

This reports shows, how patients return to doctors, who first time ever visited clinic or specific doctor in the selected period.

Report can be built two ways:

First visit to clinic - about patient's, that made their first visit to clinic ever in the selected period

First visit to doctor - first ever visit to specific doctor, if it happened in the selected period

Settings

You can set specific columns, that will show if patient visited specific groups of services (by CFR) on Settings tab. Those groups are set up for all users of the system.

Fields

Employee - doctor, to whom was the first visit (first appointment by date and time)

Number of primary - number of first time patients (to doctor or to clinic, depending on the settings)

Number of returnees - number of patients (out of first time patients), that had at least one appointment in status "Completed" to this doctor

Number of enrolled - number of patients (out of first time patients), that has at least one not cancelled appointment after first visit

Laboratory number of patients (out of first time patients) with at least one lab order after first visit

No. of non-returns - number of patients (out of first time patients) that have no appointment after the first visit
