Calls Log
Calls log displays the list of all the calls, made through the system.
Fields
Date Time - date and time, when the call was registered in the system
Call type - internal, incoming or outgoing
SRC - from what number the call was placed
DST - to what number the call was placed
Disposition - Answered/No answer
Admin - user, linked to an internal number, to which/from which the call was placed
Contact - contact from contact list, looked up by phone number
Call duration - time from picking up the phone to end of the call
Wait time - time waiting before the call was picked
Total Duration - wait time + call duration
Call record - link to listen the call recording
