General information

Reports provides data about fees to Referrers. It is built upon income transactions, where:

1. Referrer field is filled in Patient

2. Referrer contact has type "Referrer"

3. Referrer has Services attached to him on Fees tab:

4. Service in transaction is listed in this list for this referrer.

Service can be accounted for fees to be paid once for each patient, or every time.

Fields

Patients - number of unique patients in expense transactions (provided services, appointment in "Completed" status). Checked-in appointments don't show in this field.

Services - number of services in expense transactions (provided services, appointment in "Completed" status). Checked-in appointments don't show in this field.

Provided - sum of expense transactions (provided services, appointment in "Completed" status)

Paid - sum of income transactions (paid via any means)
